The American Brachytherapy Society is delighted to invite you to our 2026 Annual Conference in Los Angeles, June 17–20. With World Cup matches taking place in the city around the same time, there’s no better opportunity to balance work and play! Our theme, "Lights, Camera, Precision! Brachytherapy as the Future of Interventional Oncology," celebrates your commitment to evidence-based innovation, patient-centered care, and the collaborative spirit that defines our field.
Registration Fees
The chart below details the registration fees for the 2026 ABS Annual Conference. Early bird fees will apply until May 15th, 2026 at 12:00 p.m. noon (PT). Standard fees will begin May 15th, 2026 at 12:01 p.m. (PT) and will continue until the end of the meeting. Registration fees include all education sessions; CME Credit; evening receptions on Thursday, breakfasts on Thursday, Friday and Saturday, and breaks on Thursday, Friday and Saturday. ABS does not provide a refund if an attendee chooses not to participate in any of the functions included with their registration fees.

Active Member & Former Member:
Active regular members as defined by the ABS bylaws are licensed medical doctors, or physicists, who are in active practice and/or research
Associate Member & Former Member:
Associate members as defined by the ABS bylaws are licensed nurses, dosimetrists, technicians/technologists/therapists active in the field of Brachytherapy
First-Year Post Residency Member & Former Member:
First Year Post Residency membership by the ABS bylaws is the time frame that is valid for 1 year post-residency
Resident Member & Former Member:
Residents (PGY1 – PGY5) or medical students as defined by the ABS bylaws
Non-Members (Never been an ABS member):
Defined as a registrant that has never been a member of ABS

*Non-member registration fees include ABS membership through 12/31/2026.
Guests Pass: Registrants may register for a guest pass for $275 USD per person. The fee includes access to the Thursday evening reception, breakfasts on Thursday, Friday and Saturday, and breaks on Thursday, Friday and Saturday. The guest pass does not include access to educational sessions or sponsored breakfast symposiums.
Cancellation Policy:
• All cancellations must be made in writing and emailed to Melissa Pomerene
• Prior to the 15th of May, 2026, 75% of the meeting registration fee will be refunded or full amount can be carried to 2026.
• After the 15th of May, 2026, 75% of the registration fee can be carried over to 2026 and 25% of registration fee will be applied to admin fee
• No telephone cancellations will be accepted. It will take a minimum of six (6) weeks to receive a refund.
• No refunds will be issued for no-shows

Registration and attendance at the American Brachytherapy Society Conference constitutes an agreement by the registrant to the ABS’s use and distribution (both now and in the future) of the registrant or attendee's image or voice in photos, images, video, and/or audio recordings of such events without compensation or approval rights. All photos, images, and recordings are the property of ABS.
